We will be happy to exchange your jewelry.
When you send jewelry back to us, please tell us (on a copy of the invoice) what jewelry you would like to receive for an exchange. Be sure to include the jewelry item, style, name, gemstone-type and the price. We will credit your account for the amount of the returned jewelry, then charge you for the replacement silver jewelry and your new jewelry will be on its way to your door.
If you would like your jewelry to be exchanged faster - just order your new jewelry online and also mail your return jewelry to us. Your new jewelry will arrive in 2-3 business days, and, when we receive your returned jewelry, we will credit your card for the amount of purchase.
How to send us back jewelry
- Please email us at [email protected] to let us know you are exchanging the jewelry. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice.
- Please tell us (on a copy of the invoice) what jewelry you would like to receive for an exchange - see above information.

- You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend using the postal service's Delivery Confirmation that will show when your package was delivered to us.
- We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In case of damage, alteration or wear, an exchange will not be issued. We suggest shipping insurance as we will not replace or refund jewelry lost or stolen in the mail.
