If for any reasons you are not happy with your purchase, return the jewelry within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price.
A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back your order in the form the payment was received.
The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to our company's negligence. If you have any questions, please contact us by email or by phone.
How to return
- Please email us at [email protected] to let us know that you are returning the jewelry. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice.

- You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend using the postal service's Delivery Confirmation that will show when your package was delivered to us.
- Your return will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned sterling silver jewelry. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
- We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In case of damage, alteration or wear, a credit will not be issued. We suggest shipping insurance as we will not replace or refund jewelry lost or stolen in the mail.
