Protecting the privacy of our customers is the most important issue for us. Therefore, we present a document explaining the rules and the way in which we are collecting, processing and using  information about our customers.

Free shipping policy:

We are glad to offer You FREE SHIPPING on all United States orders and free USPS express mail shipping on International orders over 300 USD.
All International orders below 300 USD will be charged additional flat rate 25 USD fee. We will ship Your order via USPS mail with delivery confirmation number.
We strongly recommend to insure Your order.
Our flat rate insurance fee is just 6 USD.
We are not responsible for uninsured orders, that will be lost, damaged or undelivered. Please make sure  to  pleace corect and complete address.

Estimated delivery time:

Most orders will  be shipped  from our office within 24 hours of payments received and cleared.
We ship all orders from Monday to Saturday. Weekends orders will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, if Monday is a Holiday. Delivery time  for all domestic orders is 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery time for international orders is 5 to 12 business days.

International buyers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.

Note: We don't use the word 'jewelry' on the external packaging!

Returns and exchanges:

If you not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return the jewelry within 30 days and we will exchange or refund the purchase price.
A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back your order in the form the payment was received.
The jewelry must be returned in its orginal condition, unworn and unaltreted in any way. We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to our companys negligence.

How to return?

  1. Please email us at [email protected] to let us know you are returning the jewelry. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice.
  2. The jewelry should be mailed in a box, not an envelope as the jewelry may be crushed in an envelope.

  3. You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend using the postal service's Delivery Confirmation that will show when your package was delivered to us.
  4. Your return will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned sterling silver jewelry. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
  5. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In case of damage, alteration or wear, a credit will not be issued. We suggest shipping insurance as we will not replace or refund jewelry lost or stolen in the mail while in delivery from you to us.

How to exchange?

We will be happy to exchange your jewelry.
When you send your jewelry back to us please tell us (on a copy of the invoice) what jewelry you would like to receive for an exchange. Be sure to include the jewelry item style name, gemstone-type and the price. We will credit your account for the amount of the returned jewelry, then charge you for the replacement silver jewelry and your new jewelry will be on its way to your door.
If you would like your jewelry to be exchanged faster - just order your new jewelry online and also, at the same time, mail your returned jewelry to us. Your new jewelry will arrive within 2-3 business days, and, when we receive your returned jewelry, we will credit your card for the amount of purchase. See the section above for the address and details for returning your purchases.
